    December

My siblings and I. LOL. (Aeron, Trizh, Me, Josh & Ivan)
The days are now finally coming to an end. And the next thing you'll know, we're on the 12th month of the year, it's December. The previous months came pretty much quick. And I could only remember a few things: Graduation, Dxb, & Baby Chesca. :)

Three days before completely hitting the end month of the year, will be my other half's glorious Natal Day. (& I will definitely have to blog about that!)

However, the biggest celebration of this month is non other than..tantararan... CHRISTMAS!!! Whether you're a Christian or not, you can still celebrate this season in your own way. The winter time gets you in that Christmas spirit, where for some it means rushing into the mall to buy presents. And that makes people tend to forget the true meaning of Christmas.

When I was in high school, my dad would bring my brother and I to Vegas or LA for the Holidays. I wouldn't say it sucked, but it's just that, I wouldn't feel too much of the spirit because the rest of my family was back in the Philippines celebrating on their own. I would always think that Xmas meant like, having big dinners and exchanging gifts near the Xmas tree or by simply being all together reflecting on the true meaning of the Holiday. My fam and I would never be complete during this time of the year, so it really pains me as much as it does to my Dad since he never really got to spend not even one Xmas with my younger sibling due to his business at work. But at the very heart of it all, what really matters most is that coming into the Christmas season with a grateful heart is the most essential thing to do during this special time.

Nevertheless, Decemeber will be December, and it will always hold its true meaning that Jesus gave his amazing gifts to us and we should spread cheer, joy, happiness & kindness, give others, sing along, and get together with the people we love and make the winter a little warmer by sharing the warmth of caring with them.

See you in a few weeks. ;)
